The role of the connections team is to see and facilitate meaningful connection between people throughout the weekend. This could look like anything from a genuine “Hi! How are you?” to prayerful consideration of who may be feeling isolated or acting as the connection point between different groups. Our goal is to create an environment that feels like you’ve walked into the ‘father’s house’ and are part of the family!
The Connections Team will be the best fit for a person who is comfortable meeting and talking to new people, love learning people’s stories and seeing each person through the lens of the gospel.
